It looks like a PIECE of fabric that is streteched at the top and bottom and then curves in the middle. What is wrong?Someone screwed with the your monitor BUTTONS. If you don't have the manual, see if you can find out the manufacturer and model of your monitor and look for an online manual you can use to adjust your monitor settings.
