Answer» My Dell Inspiron 9300 laptop was working fine in the morning, and when I returned home with it my COMPUTER started up with a wonky screen covered in a pattern switchng from horizontal to vertical lines and rectangular or square shapes colored blue, red, white or green. Huge STATIC is how I'd describe it. The Windows loading screen appears and then it goes black instead of loading my desktop. I tried CONNECTING a different monitor and the same PATTERNS appear. I then tried removing the laptop monitor entirely and connecting an external monitor again and once again the pattern appeared and again I could not load Windows. Could I have been too rough with the laptop and caused some hardware DAMAGE? Any help on this would be very much appreciated. I can't afford a new computer at the moment. Same issue in Safe Mode?
