Solve : screen names? |

Answer» hello i need some TECHNICAL help with my compact home basic laptop. i am on aol and have a prob that seems to mystify them. i had to re-install aol and now can`t get using any SITES. i sign on as normal but can`t ACCESS any sites. except for my e mails. none of my screen names are able to. i then found out that if i sign on as guest and type any screen name i have into the sign on box , i am able to use it as i normally do. i think a firewall or SOMETHING is preventing my screen names from direct access to the sites. i have TRIED the firewalls but what will screen names come under to allow them thru, if thats the prob. anyone any ideas ??
