Solve : Screen problems/won't start up? |

Answer» Recently tried to BOOT up my desktop which has been having problems...now the screen has static all over it like a T.V. and there are words at the top which are almost INDECIPHERABLE... the first few say DDDDD and they are rainbow colored and flashing. I've never seen anything like this before and have absolutely no idea what could be wrong, so any help would be appreciated.Oh also it's a Dell with XP and it is a Dimension 4700OK We know it is a 4700. How old is it? Recently tried to boot up my desktop which has been having problems... What sort of problems were you having?well the computer won't start up it won't even go to a startup screen it just has some type of weird message at the top that i can't read because it's static...wish i could explain it better but I can't get a pictureDo you have a different monitor that you can try? Do you have another computer that you can test that monitor on? |
