PLEASE i need help. i have 4 users on my computer, 2 of which you cant use because every time you log on, it LOADS all the stuff, then all of a sudden, everything except the mouse POINTER dissapears off the screen and it goes black. sooooo theres no screen BUT you can still use the computer blindly, and you can see the mouse pointer for some odd reason. HELP ME SOLVE THIS PLEASE.

2. scan and save log

3. copy and paste log into virus section

4. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING


I am on the understanding this may not be the ISSUE at hand but i still think its worth getting it checked.....

Tony If everything works fine in the other 2 accounts i would simply delete the offending accounts and re-create them...User accounts GET corrupted, part of the Windows Experience...
