Answer» Hi there I was wondering if you could help me. I have an Athlon 1800XP, ECS K7S5A Motherboard, 768MB RAM, Microsoft Windows XP PROFESSIONAL with Service Pack 2, RADEON 9600 Pro 256MB, Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live 5.1 and as far as I know my system is virus-free and all programmes and applications are installed correctly.Well...up until, that is, I installed Halo the game for PC. After trying to start the game after installation I was prompltly informed that my Hardware Accelleration seemed to be deactivated and the game could not run and that I should try running DxDiag.I did so and discovered that the Hardware Accelleration WAS activated. After closing the game I saw that my desktop had been re-arranged, too. After trying de and re-installing the game I encountered the same problem. Then I found that ALL games I now try to play have only 1 colour.Brown. :-? Can anyone please give me a nudge in the right direction?Could it have anything to do with Service Pack 2, perhaps?I've looked all over the shop and can't find anything wrong. thanks Stay safe Hi there It's ok..I SEEM to have fixed the problem. Some mad shader effect was activated. Nevermind. Thanks anyway. Stay safe
