I am running Windows XP
I have had a scrollbar error a couple of times in the last few days and it's really weird!
When I hit a link from an EMAIL in Outlook to go to a webpage my scrollbar
goes to the bottom and wont move, so all I can view is the bottom of whatever
email I am reading, and when I open Explorer to view the webpage I can only
see the bottom of that page as well.
If I TRY to move the scrollbar up again it immediately goes to the bottom.
Yikes!
It doesnt happen every time, but I am getting worried now.
If I restart, it is FINE - til the next time.
I have never had a problem LIKE this, can anybody help me please ? !Did you try right clicking the scroll bar and go to properties? make sure it is not on AUTO hide or something like that? and have the check box always on top?What website?
