I have a strange problem. If you try to SCROLL down on a side bar - all the system will do is flash up and down really fast in the side bar but do nothing (happens while trying to use wireless mouse). In order to move up or down you have to use the up and down arrow keys on computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

IrishgurlI'm guessing if there is no problem when you use the keyboard then the problem should have to do with the mouse. Try a different mouse, MAYBE, to see if you can replicate the problem.Did this just start or has it always been this way? Is this a new installation?New batteries...
Move any other wireless devices (phones etc) to another location...
Change wireless channel if your mouse supports this...
Remove and re-install mouse driver software...
