Answer» hello and good...you know what time of the day it is In XP I could easily search for for instance .wav files, where in the name of Uncle Billy is that function/option in W7??? I REALLY tried everything and nope, no results, please help out..... Click on Start to bring up the Start menu. The box right above the Start BUTTON, or Orb, is a search box. So, for .wav files, you WOULD enter *.wav if you WANT a list of all .wav files. ouch, THAT SIMPLE....am ashamed and thank you...
