ANYONE KNOW of a fix please?
Using XP Pro SP3. I don't have an XP SP3 disk to use sfc/scannow and am unable to create a slipstream XP3 disk because I only have an OEM XP disk (not that I'd expect sfc/scannow to fix it anyway!).
I would also like to fix this (just because it's broken) and not use an alternative program.
Thanks very much I believe this should fix it. It wasn't that (couldn't find "Change Preferences" in #1) but you did POINT me in the right direction!
Within 'View' > 'Explorer Bar' menu, 'Folders' was unchecked. I've never EVEN looked at the menu options within search before -let alone uncheck anything- so that's what's thrown me off.
