I keep getting a security window POPPING up after I start my computer saying that there was no security suite.
Yet my Avast seems to be working fine, only recently I had to do an update, the icon on the bottom bar now is green instead of blue...
So I went to the Vista security centre where you can choose the OPTION "Use own security system" or sth like that...
But the security window is still COMING up.
I'm not worried though, I'm dumb but not paranoid .
What would you say?
Reinstall Avast, update it, and see if that corrects the problem.
Also, jump over the the virus forums, post the requested logs, and let one of the guys over there check to make sure you system is clean.ok, thanks.
Collegues here at work tell me it's an Avast probelm
I think I will deinstall Avast and use Windows Essentials.
