I have a Webpage in my Restricted Sites that I WOULD LIKE to remove. However, highlighting it and clicking "remove" does not work. The security setting is fixed on
High and I am unable to temporarily change it in order to remove the item.

Internet Explorer 7, Zone Alarm free edition. Any advice would be appreciated.Try removing it in Safemode with IE's security turned down...I tried your suggestion to start in Safe Mode and uninstal Zone Alarm, but no joy.
My Restricted Sites zone is on High (default) and has no alternative setting, but surely there is a way to remove a site as the zone has both "add" and "remove" buttons. Can the default setting be ALTERED by ticking or unticking a box in the Custom Level box? Ewart.I don't run Zone Alarm so i'm afraid i'll not be of much help...
Have you visited ZA's site or checked the Help files ? ?
Perhaps someone her that runs it will be along shortly...
