Solve : setup is formatting freezes at 99%?

1.	Solve : setup is formatting freezes at 99%?
Answer» I decided to scrub my drive and reload windows XP. Simple enough in the past but today setup FREEZES at 99%. When I quit it STARTS all over again and freezes at 99%. what can I do to force it to continue? Sandy Is this a branded computer with a RESTORE disk or is it a no-name BOX with a FUL XP CD? Do you have a working floppy drive?
