Solve : Shut down error? |

Answer» Every time I shut down my computer it freezes on the saving your SETTINGS screen. I have left it for up to two HOURS at a time on this screen thinking that it would eventually shut down but it doesn't. Does anyone have any ideas why this may be? I have run all the usual virus and spyware PROGRAMS just incase and they have COME up CLEAR. Thanks in advance.Did you install/download/run anything before your previous successful shutdown? |
