I am the only user of this new computer (Windows 7). I only had one user account, administrator. Kim Komando RECOMMENDED I USE a STANDARD account and OPEN a new administrator account, which I did. Now, when I try to sign in as an administrator, I am told "The requested operation requires evaluation." I am using both a password, which I remember, and a fingerprint reader. Neither allow me to sign in without evaluation from a higher power?

He is the System Administrator and his name is Administrator.
This have been explained b before on the forum.
To operate in a network, there is another sys administrator.. This account is present even when a network has no been created. It is built-in.

Boot hour computer pressing F8 and then pick sage mode.
I think the word is probably elevation. The message means you are trying to do something that needs Adminstrator permission.

Geek means "SAFE mode".
