Answer» Laptop takes extremely long time to boot up. I can't RUN programs for up to 5 minutes waiting for the my laptop to LOAD every thing. I thing my computer is opening up to many programs. It automatically opens programs like messager, etc. How do I stop it from opening up all these different programs? :-/The best place to start is from WITHIN each program, LOOKING for options not to start. Then you can ALSO try msconfig>startup. Take each program one at a time, if you have any problems then name the program in here and someone will help you to disable it.
