Sometimes my PC becomes slow and begin to hang PF usage reaches to 1.12GB and MEMORY reduces to 47MB or less
My Specifications are
CPU==3.0
Motherboard== MSI P4M900M2L
RAM==1024MB DDR2
HDD==Seagate burracuda 7200 rpm SATA

it is windows XP Pro SP2 and computer HDD is empty 97%

As for security, what firewall, AV program do you have?
Did you scan your computer for garbage, like using CCleaner?

It is completely updated windows and symentic registered version virus this problems solves when I totally delete the partition and reinstall every THING also I download torrents and play games on my this PC
