A little over a week ago my PC was getting the Internet speeds it should now it's getting maybe 10kb/s download while my laptop and other devices get what they should.

I'm using HP Windows 7 64bit model e9220y
Processor is AMD Phenom II X4 920 2.60GHz
8 Gig memory
Network card: Qualcomm Atheros 802.11 a/b/g/n Dualband

If you need anything else please ask.

I've tried many things, even SYSTEM restore but the earliest restore I could use was from the 20th which still had the problem.The internet seems to be fine now but it usually stops after awhile. I'll POST back here if it stops working as it should.

It's acting up again.Go to Speedtest and check...

Also, I don't get what you mean on the second line.Seems to be working fine again after running "netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt" and rebooting. If it starts messing up again I'll come back The 2ND line means that if one or more PC's are using bandwidth it will affect the 3rd PC...It shouldn't bother it to the extent that he's saying it is.
