Answer» My Intel Celeron 2.7GHz - 1.25 GB Ram PC has recently started running a little slow and jerkey. Takes longer to boot, page to page and download new sights on my MS7 browser. I ran my Avast, Malwarebytes, SUPERANTISPYWARE, Spybot, and Ccleaner. No help. All came up clean. Need advice as to how to proceed. It is very unlikely that BOTH the system and the internet are both experiencing a problem at the same time if it isn't malware related.

Seems everything is a little slower. especially the internet.
If it's just the internet you should call your ISP. It is very unlikely that BOTH the system and the internet are both experiencing a problem at the same time if it isn't malware related.
