Solve : sluggish and sometimes locks up or freezes? |

Answer» vista basic home basic 32 bit, amd athlon 64x2 dual core processor tk-53, 1.o gb ram, ati radeon express series, dell 1501 inspiron laptop, computer freezes up or is sluggish..any suggestion's other than adding memory..? have avast home edition,win defender, pc tools spyware doctor,malwarebytes anti malware, everything come back negative on scans, do i need to RUN hi jack this and post the findings?
