Answer» Suddenly, whenever I try to open Chrome or Firefox, I get the popup - "This operations has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. PLEASE contact your system administrator", and the program doesn't open. I have tried various fixes found on the Internet, including: - UNINSTALLING and re-installing the programs - doing virus and malware scans - CHANGING the shortcut targets, adding "-no-sandbox" to them - setting IE as the default browser None of them work. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? IE is a horrible browser to use compared to these 2 that don't work anymore.Work or Home machine ? ? What happened prior to this condition ? ?
