I have a sony viao model pcv 7762 and when I try to change any settings in the START up it keeps telling me to log on under the administrator account. Well i am the admin. So I made another admin account and the sony still wont let me change any settings because i am not the Administrator! Any thoughts on this?What Windows version?

I tried to get into safe mode and my monitor gives me some message that it cant work in safe mode, MY MONITOR WONT WORK IN SAFE MODE!!! .....I should just throw this thing through the WALL............. I've never seen any message like that in my whole life.
How are you trying to access Safe Mode?
Normally, you restart computer, and you KEEP tapping F8 KEY until menu appears.yep I tap f8 till I get to safe mode screen, then my monitor says it has some low output or something and just goes blackYou need to post EXACT message.
