Solve : Sound distortion when using Skype? |

Answer» I have a computer with WINDOWS xp home edition with Skype installed so that I can USE my WEBCAM . (no problems) Just bought a new computer with Vista home edition; loaded Skype and find that the sound is terrible. The Skype speech test replays voice recording like a robot. Anybody familiar with this problem and how to correct (if possible) Thanks for any info. cruiseblokeMy friend just PURCHASED a new Dell with Vista and the first time we tried the audio, it sounded weird. I went into the sound mixer and it was set for auditorum. I changed it back to room and it was normal. Could this be your problem. Does all your audio sound weird or is it just when using Skpye? |
