i am having problems with my sound . The sound is real scratchy on all applications video audio heaphones everything.can any ONE help me ?

If you did, and the sound is bad across the BOARD (Windows sounds, CD/DVD sound, internet sound), then I suspect something's wrong with your on-board sound chip. If its still under warrenty I would send it back, hate to troubleshoot these.old no warranty SEEMS like that the board is bad then. Could be the speaker, try a seperate pair an see.He said headphones too.

And you can't really SWAP out speakers on a laptop . . . .lke pc speakers not exatly going in an connecting one.
