Answer» Hi I am on my friend's PC trying to figure out for them why speech sounds like helium, even in the Windows XP Tour. The OS is XP Professional SP 3 Pentium 4 240mhz Plenty of CLEAR space on the Hard drive I went into Sound Recorder and noticed SPEED Increase was set to 100% but couldn't decrease it, would this be CAUSING the problem?? All advice welcome Thankyou
