Answer» Can ANYONE help with creating a button to insert a standard phrase into the Subject field of an Outlook 2002 EMAIL message? For instance I want to be able to insert "INTERNET-authorised: " when I email onto the Internet instead of the company LAN. I believe a macro, with a button linked to it, is the solution. At the moment, I can't tell you how to do that. I've never created a macro in Outlook but I see it can not be done as easily in Word and Excel; you can not simply use the Macro Recorder, you have to open the Visual Basic EDITOR and create code there. I happen to have recently obtained TWO libary references on Outlook, a book and a DVD. If I can find time to delve into this further and get an actual macro recorded, I'll post the coding for it.Yes I also tried to use the Macro recorder and it doesn't work in outlook.
