1.	Solve : "Start at startup" programs not starting up?
Answer» Hi, I only noticed this when I can't figure out why some of tray icons no longer SHOW up. I don't know since when it happens. This occur even to newly installed programs. e.g. ATI control PANEL tray icon, Synaptic touchpad, Widcomm Bluetooth tray icon etc. I have checked with a StartUp manager. It shows the programs are set to start automatically at startup. How can I fix this problem?? I'm using WindowsXP Pro SP2 Thank you.I've looked through all your problems on all the THREADS. It is becoming fairly clear you have a virus. dl65 requested a HiJackThis log in another thread - I think you would do well to do that. We'll pick through the logfile and see what hijackers you MAY have contracted.Thank you DILBERT, I've just posted the log file.
