Answer» hello everyone, Lets first START off by saying I am a computer moron. I am having huge issues with my computer. When I TURN it on the hour glass that says its thinking never turns off and I cannot use any of the bottom buttons such as the start tab, volume control, ect. Please please help me.Can you boot to SAFE Mode? Restart computer, and keep TAPPING F8 key until menu appears.Hello! Could you please send us information about your computer? Model, processor, OS...etc?
