Solve : start menu/icons blinking on and off? |

Answer» >:(im having major issues. for the past 2 days, my start menu along with my icons are BLINKING on and off every ten seconds. when they blink back on i CANT TYPE for a couple seconds. im pretty sure i have a virus or two, but im not sure how to get rid of them, considering i cant seem to get to avg and do a scan or whatever. can someone help me figure this out..im half TEMPTED to throw this computer out the window (not that i will, but i feel like it!)Try a System Restore to a few days before the problem. |
