Answer» hello everyone. as far as my computer I dont know much at all Its 3 weeeks old. I got windows xp32. every 3 days or so I will turn it on and its unresponsive. when I can I click to "my computer"and A SEARCH lite is looking around.I restart and the problems stop but the"my computer" page is rearranged. all my drives are stacked horizontally rather than vertically. ALSO GET a" cannot read memory at oooooox something rather dont know if this is related to this. I fixed this problem many times with system many times but thats GETTING old . can I be helped?If it is 3 days old i would be returning to the place you purchased it...trying to repair it yourself may void the warranty. |
