Answer» I used NORTONS PC CHECK up. It reported I had ONE problem. Under Speed it said 171 start up services. I don't understand what they are tell- Are you having any problems with your computer? If not, uninstall Norton PC Check Up and don't worry about it.Thumbs up...Thanks to all Carl9999
