Solve : Start-up repair?

Answer» I'm running Windows Home PREMIUM. SP 2. There have been a few times where I've gone into the boot menu and tried to launch start-up REPAIR recently. When I click it on, it just starts another 30 second count down. It used to work fine. Can't figure out what has changed. Any HELP is appreciated. JimJim, were you not told you have to GIVE details?
