Answer» Hi! I work in a hospital. We have to PERIODICALLY post a static email to the mgt. TEAM regarding patient BED status. There is a predfined disty GROUP, but the message NEEDS to stay the same. Does anyone know if there is a way to make a "template" email so that I can have someone click on "Code Yellow" (for instance) and the same message, detailing out procedures, will be auto-generated? I REALLY need help on this! Thanks! Michele
