Answer» I have a dell Laptop with 2 different user accounts on it. My wife will be LOG on her user account, Then when i WANT to get on I'll click switch user GO to my user account after pressing ENTER the screen will pop up then go black and stay LIKE that until i shut down... Any ideas on what to do?more info please only with your account does that? any program added lately? any problems before?Well other way around too.. If i'm on my user account and she trys to log on her user account it does the same thing... So switching from one account to another it will stay black. Nothing installed or downloaded in a while
