Answer» Hello all, I'm having a bit of trouble with my computer. Last night I accidentally pulled the plug out of the wall while the computer was STILL on. This MORNING when I turn the computer on I get a black screen with a list of options from 'safe mode' to 'start WINDOWS normally'. No matter which option I choose, I get a blue screen saying '*** STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x82389080, 0xc0000102, 0x00000000)'. I am absolutely HOPELESS with computers so please bear with me.
