Answer» my laptop dispaly this messege WHENEVER i start up STOP: c000021a {FATAL System Error} The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x0000000) The system has been shutdown. i CANT start it in safe mode or last known or safe mode show the same messege. i have been to micrsoft help and support they sugested me to inter command prompt then type some funy words.how would i go to command prompt? Can any one explain to me in a SIMPLE way as im rubbish in computer. This error is GENERATED when Winlogon.exe or Csrss.exe fails.
