Answer» Can any one tell me how to deal with a STOP error when printing, when we go to print the blue stop error screen COMES up and freezes the computer. Operating system Windows XP Prefessional 512 MB DDR Ram.I would start by uninstalling and reinstalling the printer drivers. I would also make sure they are up to date. While it CERTAINLY could be MANY other things, this is as good a starting point as any. Thanks for your reply have DONE that but will do it again.
