Solve : Stopping Password changes in xp pro?

I have xp pro running with 3 LOGIN's  me, my wife and our daughter.  Can someone please tell me how to switch off the password expiring messages so that they dont have to keep changing their passwords every 2-3 months??  I dont have to change mine cos I'm the primary administrater but the others keep getting the message and it's annoying the crap out of them and now me too.   Any HELP would be greatly appreciatedTo turn off password expiration, follow these steps:

1) Right-click My Computer, and then click Manage.

2) Click to expand Local Users and Groups, and then click Users.

3) Double-click the user account that should not have a password expiration, and click to select the Password NEVER expires check box.

That was off Microsoft's site, so blame them if it doesn't work.
