Solve : stuck on boot screen after hard shutdown?

1.	Solve : stuck on boot screen after hard shutdown?
Answer» ok HERES what happened: I did a HARD shutdown (held the power putton for 4 sec) to shutdown the computer. Dumb i know. Now when i turn it on it goes to the SCREEN that that gives the options: START in safe MODE last known config start windows norm ive tried each one and all the copmuter does is restart and goes back to this screen. Help! running windows xp
