Solve : Stupid Black Screen/ safe mode error?

Answer»

ok here's what happened

everything on my COMPUTER was working just fine until i tried to install the program MorphVOX® Junior onto my computer, for voice changing purposes. I wanted to play with my voice for one of the songs I was recording.

anyways the installization was like 99 percent complete when all of the sudden everything on my computer started freezing up and being really slow.
eventually I lost my patience and shut off my system.
when i turned it back on, the windows loading screen came up for a couple of seconds and then everything went black.

I tried booting into safe mode but it freezes everytime after loading isapnp.sys.

can somebody pleasee help me???

BTW: I know there have already been numerous other threads about the black screen problem but my situation seems to be a little bit different because it seems other people are at least able to access safe mode.

I asked my mom and she says she doesn't know where it is.

It's unlikely that I will be able to find it. Haven't seen a sign of it in years. Do you know how much it costs to purchase another disk or if disks are AVAILABLE in stores?ok i found the disk and i'm trying to do a recovery.

what command do i use to help me? i tried fixmbr and fixboot and neither of them did anythingWhat kind of CD is it?
Recovery CD, or Windows CD?
