My computer suddenly shut down and I saw a SPLIT second, not even a full half of a second, of a blue screen and white letters. I know thats never good! But it turned itself back on and this was the error, copied:

i have a Toshiba satellite with windows XP and um I THINK thats all you need to know. please HELP!Chances are you have a bad chip of RAM. Have you recently upgraded the memory in your laptop? If you have more then one chip you can usually try the computer with one chip at a TIME to find the culprit. Try running a RAM test. no i havent
how do i go about running said test??
THANKS!Try http://www.memtest86.com/download.html thanks!
do you think that is what it is based on the specific error it gave? I mean, ive gotten the blue screen before, but never SEEN that error. what does it mean?
