Solve : Suddenly enourmous fonts?

Answer»

I was working on my laptop when I GOT a call.  I put something on the top of the keyboard and wrote on it and when I removed it, it had CHANGED. Does anyone know how to make it go back?  It made everything large.  I am working on Windows XP

Thanks!Sounds like somehow you have turned on 'ease of access'.

I'm not entirely sure if this is even on XP as I'm on Vista and you have posted in the Vista-7 section. But I found a link for Vista may be similar on XP.

Have you done the second part of what patio asked you?Or hold down the CTRL key and use the mouse scroll wheel up/down...

Nothing happens when I do this on the main screen.Non of your problems are usually attributed to 'placing' something on the keyboard if you cannot solve them with what we have provided.
Can there be something else you have done?

I have another idea but I need to know EXACTLY what you have done...Sorry it happened after I removed the pad from the laptop..I have no idea what else would cause it. Quote from: mis2ko on October 22, 2010, 01:26:30 PM

Go into control panel FIND device manager uninstall your display adapter and then restart the computer.
Do NOT remove the drivers just uninstall them.
