Solve : Svchost.exe is eating my Memory!?

Answer»

Well, i have like 8 diffferent processes in the taskmng that's called Svchost.exe, and they are eating a *censored* load of memory, like 200k, anyone can help?

Just push the picture and it will get bigger.

And btw it's pretty newinstalled this computer so i don't got much small programs.

And 1 more question, My computer is a HP Pavalion Eo1105 DV6 Notebook
AMD Athlon x-2 Dual Core QL - 64 (2.10 GHz)
3 GB Ram
240 GB harddrive around 200 gb free
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530 Series
32 Bit Vista

So well, my point is it shouldn't really be SLOW, but it really is!
My computer is also getting OVERHEATED often.
I also did a defrag today.

thnx for the help guys.
1) Multiple instances of svchost is normal, though 200K seems excessive. If your SYSTEM is running slowly the first STEP these days is pretty much always a full scan with BOTH your av AND MalwareBytes

2) A system running hot is not related to software. Open the case and blow out any dust. If the system is still running hot check the exact temp and report back

3) Watch your language. This forum is read by people of all ages and nationalities, many of whom will be offended by FOUL language, and many others (myself included) who don't see the need for it on a technical forumI have an svchost consuming 200MB of memory. This is the svchost that is hosting the SuperFetch service.Okay. I'm currently on an XP System so I don't see that.
