#2 I seached Google for "Switch between windows" and got this link top of the page http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/itprovistadesktopui/thread/05a7172e-99bc-4f44-a957-86de5e0358c8/

What you are at you are looking for is the "Switch Between Windows" Icon.

If you have not already done so, you will need to activate the Quick Launch toolbar on the taskbar to get to this again. The Quick Launch toolbar should appear as several icons directly to the right of the Start Menu Button.

1. To activate the Quick Launch Toolbar, follow these steps:
2. Right-Click anywhere on a blank spot of the Taskbar.
3. Choose Toolbars from the menu that appears.
4. Select Quick Launch from the next menu so that it is checked.

You should then be able to click on the Switch Between Windows icon now and use the Flip 3D FEATURE.

I ditched Vista so I hope this helps ya
Thank you Fat Basterd. It worked.

I did have the Quick Launch toolbar showing but it only had IE and Safari icons on it.

I followed your Google Search result and the icon is there now and it works.

Much appreciated
