Solve : System Administator...? |
|
Answer» I RECENTLY began to get messages that tell me I can't remove programs, delete file extensions, or have system administrator's permission to basically have control of my own computer.Under user accounts,it states I have more then one account, but Dell tells me, there is just me.The computer is beginning to "freeze", I am losing internet, and have to keep unplugging an external modem, router, and shutting down the computer from the cpu.,and starting the whole PROCESS over again. Sorry for the lengthy message;I am new to this opportunity, and not very skilled in any of this.Do you have antivirus because that sounds like a VIRUS. If you do have a antivirus is it up to date and which one is it.Quote hat sounds like a virus.Could be. Here is one good free checker. http://www.malwarebytes.org/ Thank you for your post, and the link to Malwarebytes.org.They are working with me on several problems.Their software, like their company is impressive, and a full scan RESULTED in about a dozen infections, that no other software ever identified.I'm glad I found Computer HOPE! Thank's again Geek-9pm. Johnny Keys. |
