Answer» The system clock constantly sets itself 12-13 minutes fast. I have set the time on the Desktop and in the BIOS. But within a few minutes, it ADJUSTS itself to a time which is approximately 12-13 minutes fast. It then keeps good time, just 12-13 minutes fast. I have reset the clock MANY, many times. But always, within a few minutes of adjusting, it is back to 12-13 minutes fast. I have also stopped the W32time function, unregistered it and then restarted. That too make no difference. Might be worth reviewing the list of software installed on the machine...I had a similar problem but time DELAYED. I tried to set time in settings and bios but it didn´t help. When I changed the CMOS battery, time was okay. Try it too.
