Solve : System Configuration Utility?

Answer»

Hi, I hope someone can help me... My computer crash not to long ago and the error message was 0XA IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EGUAL.

I have XP Pro 32 bit, Servive Pack2 and 2gb Ram.
pentium4, CPU 3.00ghz

I did fix it in the System Configuration ,service and check hide all microsoft services...
My AVG FREE anti virus cause it... maybe from the backup program I had some how corrupted it! I did reinstall the AVG again, HOPEFULLY it won't happen but, there's this program that also cause the crash as well! "Maxbackserviceint" and "Maxsyncservice" The manufacture is unknown... I haven't got a clue what this program Is and even google it...

I don't have the crash anymore but I need to find out what that program is so I can uninstall it for good!

The backup program I was using at the time is CALLED Acronis True Image 10 HOME and yes I went to the site and update the driver.... it still crash at that time... it's not in my computer right now. I was still testing at the time.

Thanks! Spider

The site can be reach at:www.acronis.comSome info here and lots more on the WWW.

Good luckThanks Dusty, I was Just at that site and over look it... how?

I was rushing between my kids crying and being dumb LOL!

it's my Maxtor one touch 3... I don't have it installed right now because I already backup my data and programs.

I'm going to the website to GET a update driver.

Thanks! Spider

I uninstall the driver instead and delete the maxbackserviceint in the regedit to remove it out of my registry for good!

I figure, let XP reconize the new hardware... which it does.. and it's better anyway.

thanks again! spider
