Hello First I will display my problem.
I had installed AOL and GAVE me a few problems so I decided to uninstall it and when I uninstalled it the User account started messing up System restore doesn't work Help and support doesn't work and Internet explorer 7 tells me I don't have enough privilages to access Internet options I am the administrator. The pages above all show a white screen I looked around in the internet and registered some DLL's and System restore showed something but the restore would never complete and the help button the the right doesn't work and the APPLICATION shuts down. Also I have Norton Antivirus 2007 and when the computer starts it shows something about the proxy network not configured ERROR (1003,13). FINALLY when I start my computer it automatically puts Firefox as the defult browser I set IE7 to be the defult. I really don't know what to do anymore can you guys please help me.

I am using Windows XP Professional
I have 1GB of ram
Intel 2.0 MHz proc
Sounds LIKE a wipe and reinstall to me
