Answer» Can someone tell me how to boot or re-boot system ? Here's what happened: After FINALLY getting my (previously owned) computer on-line with a wireless ADAPTER, I sent a couple of e-mails, went to shut down, saw message about "new downloads" that will update during shut down period, CLICKED O. K. and the machine has NOT come back up since ! It does POWER on, but that's it. The screen on the monitor shows the computer's make only. No desktop. No Windows(R) opening up. Nothing ! MichaelPhoenixFlavor of Windows ? ? Was it in the process of an update that you know of when it was shut down ? ?
