If I click undo, it goes back but then does the style change to the cell i selected in the FIRST place. Try opening a new document and creating a table and ADDING text outside of the table and then changing font within the table cell(s). Does it behave the same or not?

You may be on the right track there. Try opening a new document and creating a table and ADDING text outside of the table and then changing font within the table cell(s). Does it behave the same or not?
